                - 5 G wakame
- ½ cucumber peeled and diced
- 6 spring onions chopped
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 T mirin or a dash of honey
- 1 T tamari or soy sauce
- Salt pepper and sugar
- Sesame seeds

    Instructions
    
                - Soak wakame in cold water for about 30 mins or until soft.
- Drain, chop into thin strips
- Add strips, rice vinegar, mirin, tamari and mix gently the season with salt pepper and sugar to taste.
- Scatter with a few lightly toasted sesame seeds and serve.
