WAKAME SALAD with CUCUMBER and SPRING ONION

  1. Soak wakame in cold water for about 30 mins or until soft.
  2. Drain, chop into thin strips
  3. Add strips, rice vinegar, mirin, tamari and mix gently the season with salt pepper and sugar to taste.
  4. Scatter with a few lightly toasted sesame seeds and serve.
