ORANGE and ALMOND CAKE (Flourless)
Instructions
  1. Simmer oranges for 2 hours. Remove and cool. Cut open and remove all pips. Pulp in an electric mixer
  2. Beat the eggs and add the ground almonds, sugar, baking powder and pureed oranges. Mix thoroughly
  3. Preheat oven to 190 C. Butter and flour a 9” spring form tin
  4. Pour mix into the prepared tin and bake for 60 mins. If still wet leave in the oven for a little longer.
  5. Cool in pan before turning out. It will sink
