    Ingredients
    
                - 2 cups plain flour
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T fresh thyme or 1 t dried chopped
- 3 t baking powder
- 1 t fresh rosemary or ¼ dried chopped
- ½ t Salt
- 75 G butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg lightly beaten

    Instructions
    
                - Mix all the ingredients together in a processor kneaded to a moderately firm dough
- Either:
- Roll out to 2 cms thick and cut into 2” rounds
- or
- Roll into a 6” round. Cut into 8 wedges. Separate slightly
- Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
