HERB SCONES
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a processor kneaded to a moderately firm dough
  2. Either:
  3. Roll out to 2 cms thick and cut into 2” rounds
  4. or
  5. Roll into a 6” round. Cut into 8 wedges. Separate slightly
  6. Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
