plain flour

fresh parsley chopped

fresh thyme or 1 t dried

fresh rosemary or ¼ dried

egg lightly beaten
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a processor kneaded to a moderately firm dough
Either:
Roll out to 2 cms thick and cut into 2” rounds
or
Roll into a 6” round. Cut into 8 wedges. Separate slightly
Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown

Delicious served warm with lots of butter
