  1. Process the onions, eggs and parsley to a rough mix
  2. Add the chicken mince and process just to combine
  3. Season to taste

This is a wonderful mix.

You can form it into burger shapes, large or small, and fry in neutral oil until cooked through

It can be moulded into a large loaf shape and baked in the oven at 180 C for about an hour until cooked through.

Excellent with carrots, onions, small potatoes, bay leaf etc. in the pan.

It can be formed into 2” balls and simmered in chicken stock as soup (chicken kneidlach)
