Ingredients
- 20 oz can cherry pie filling
- 8 ozs cream cheese softened
- 14 oz can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 T vanilla extract
Crust
- 125 G digestive biscuits crushed to 1 cup
- 1 t cinnamon optional
- 85 G melted butter
- 65 G white sugar

Instructions
- Mix crust ingredients together and press into base/sides of an 8” pie tin. Bake at 180 degrees until set and golden (7-8 mins). Leave to cool.
- Beat cream cheese till smooth
- Add condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla and blend well
- Pour into pie crust
- Chill for 3 hours or until firm
- Add cherry pie topping
Recipe Notes
Blueberry or strawberry will do instead.
