Instructions
Mix crust ingredients together and press into base/sides of an 8” pie tin. Bake at 180 degrees until set and golden (7-8 mins). Leave to cool.
Beat cream cheese till smooth
Add condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla and blend well
Pour into pie crust
Chill for 3 hours or until firm
Add cherry pie topping
Recipe Notes
Blueberry or strawberry will do instead.
