CHERRY CHEESE PIE

Crust
Instructions
  1. Mix crust ingredients together and press into base/sides of an 8” pie tin. Bake at 180 degrees until set and golden (7-8 mins). Leave to cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese till smooth
  3. Add condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla and blend well
  4. Pour into pie crust
  5. Chill for 3 hours or until firm
  6. Add cherry pie topping
