Ingredients
- 8 in firm ripe plums about 2” diameter
- 2 T brown sugar but honey or syrup would work too
- 1 t vanilla extract

Instructions
- Halve plums and remove pits. Arrange in one layer in a suitable baking dish
- Sprinkle over the sugar and the vanilla extract
- Add 3-4 tablespoons cold water
- Bake in oven at 200 C until the plums are soft
Recipe Notes
Serve with cream, crème fraiche, custard or even yoghurt.
