Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C, Combine ingredients and press evenly across the bottom and sides of a 10” spring form pan
  2. Combine cream cheese and sugar and add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly after each one.
  3. Beat in lemon juice. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45 minutes without opening the oven door. Remove cheesecake and reduce heat to 150 C
  4. Mix ingredients and spread over cheesecake. Bake for further 15 minutes. Cool fully and refrigerate overnight.
