- 500 G minced lamb
- 1 T black mustard seeds
- 4 T white sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 2 t garam masala
- 1 cucumber
- 1 T mint chopped
- 4 T yoghurt

Instructions
- Mix the lamb, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, salt and pepper, spring onions. egg and garam masala together
- Divide mix into 8 and flatten into large patties rather like a digestive biscuit. Fry in olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until patchily golden
- Shave the cucumber into long thin strips with a potato peeler and season with salt and pepper
- Stir the mint into the yoghurt
- Serve by placing a patty on a warm plate topping it with some cucumber and some yoghurt and finally with another patty
