Instructions
Mix the lamb, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, salt and pepper, spring onions. egg and garam masala together
Divide mix into 8 and flatten into large patties rather like a digestive biscuit. Fry in olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until patchily golden
Shave the cucumber into long thin strips with a potato peeler and season with salt and pepper
Stir the mint into the yoghurt
Serve by placing a patty on a warm plate topping it with some cucumber and some yoghurt and finally with another patty
