SHRIMP au GRATIN

Instructions
  1. Cook onions in butter until soft. Stir in flour and seasonings
  2. Slowly add the milk and cook till thick stirring constantly
  3. Add ¾ cup of the grated cheese and heat till melted
  4. Stir in shrimp and mix well
  5. Pour into a buttered baking dish or into individual ramekins.
  6. Combine breadcrumbs, the rest of the cheese and the buttered breadcrumbs and sprinkle over top
  7. Bake at 200 C for 10-12 minutes or until bubbling and brown
