dashes Worcester sauce

grated cheddar cheese

butter

dry breadcrumbs
Instructions
Cook onions in butter until soft. Stir in flour and seasonings
Slowly add the milk and cook till thick stirring constantly
Add ¾ cup of the grated cheese and heat till melted
Stir in shrimp and mix well
Pour into a buttered baking dish or into individual ramekins.
Combine breadcrumbs, the rest of the cheese and the buttered breadcrumbs and sprinkle over top
Bake at 200 C for 10-12 minutes or until bubbling and brown
