Instructions
  1. Dip the meat in seasoned flour and brown in the oil. Remove to your casserole
  2. Brown the onions in the same pan and add to the meat together with the bay leaf and lemon
  3. Make a paste with the flour and some of the stock and slowly add this to the remaining stock + sugar, stirring until it thickens
  4. Add the stock to the casserole together with the walnuts
  5. Cover and cook in a slow oven, 150 C, for 2 hours or so until the meat is tender

Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 4 generously.
