FRIED FISH

Instructions
  1. Place seasoned matzo meal in a dish and the beaten egg in another
  2. Make sure the fish is dry. Then dip first into the egg and then into the matzo meal
  3. Fry for about 5 mins on each side until cooked through and golden
  4. Drain and serve

Eat hot but believe it or not the fish is delicious eaten cold and makes a wonderful sandwich. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, salad stuff, coleslaw…….
