- Crush biscuits and crumb with melted butter and half of the sugar. Line baking tin with this mix, mainly the base.
- Separate the eggs and beat whites to a soft peak.
- Mix everything else together to a cream and then fold in egg whites using a metal spoon.
- Bake at 140 C for an hour. Then turn off oven and leave cake in it for a further hour
