Instructions
  1. Crush biscuits and crumb with melted butter and half of the sugar. Line baking tin with this mix, mainly the base.
  2. Separate the eggs and beat whites to a soft peak.
  3. Mix everything else together to a cream and then fold in egg whites using a metal spoon.
  4. Bake at 140 C for an hour. Then turn off oven and leave cake in it for a further hour
