Instructions
- Combine everything in a large bowl making sure it is thoroughly mixed. Cover with a plate and leave in the fridge overnight
- Grease a 1 L pudding bowl and spoon in the mixture. Cover with two sheets of pleated baking paper and a layer of foil securing it all around the rim with string
- Steam for 8 hours and serve

Flame with warm brandy and serve with brandy butter custard or cream.
