Ingredients
- 3 lbs of red fruit . This can be raspberries, strawberries, red plums, black grapes, blueberries, red currants, dark cherries and even a little watermelon.
- 1 T icing sugar to taste
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 flu oz alcohol optional

Instructions
- Hull, halve or quarter the strawberries. Cut remaining fruit to a similar size but leave raspberries and other small berries whole
- Toss gently with the sugar and juice (and alcohol if using) and leave at room temperature for 15 mins to allow the flavours to mingle
