                - 2 lbs mushrooms
 - 1 large onion finely chopped
 - 2 oz butter
 - Freshly ground pepper sea salt, nutmeg and mace
 - 300 mls sour cream
 - 1 T chopped parsley optional

    Instructions
    
                - Sauté onion in half the butter till just coloured
 - Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 mins
 - Add remaining butter and sour cream and heat through.
 - Season to taste
 
        
    Recipe Notes
    
                Scatter chopped parsley over and serve with plain rice and perhaps a green salad
