MUSHROOM STROGANOFF
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Sauté onion in half the butter till just coloured
  2. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 mins
  3. Add remaining butter and sour cream and heat through.
  4. Season to taste

Scatter chopped parsley over and serve with plain rice and perhaps a green salad

Serves 4- 6
