MUSHROOM STROGANOFF

Ingredients

lbs
mushrooms
1
large onion finely chopped

oz
butter
Freshly ground pepper
sea salt, nutmeg and mace
300
mls
sour cream

T
chopped parsley
optional
Instructions
Sauté onion in half the butter till just coloured
Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 mins
Add remaining butter and sour cream and heat through.
Season to taste
Recipe Notes
Scatter chopped parsley over and serve with plain rice and perhaps a green salad
Serves 4- 6
