Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 230 C and line a baking tray with parchment
- Mix sugar + cinnamon
- Spread half the mix over a cutting board and place pastry on top
- Spread the rest of the mix over the top of the pastry
- Gently roll to press mix into the pastry
- Fold in both edges to the centre and then fold in again
- Cut roll into ½” slices and place on prepared tin nudging each cookie into shape and leaving space between
- Bake for 6-8 mins until golden brown
