CINNAMON SUGAR PALMIERS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 230 C and line a baking tray with parchment
  2. Mix sugar + cinnamon
  3. Spread half the mix over a cutting board and place pastry on top
  4. Spread the rest of the mix over the top of the pastry
  5. Gently roll to press mix into the pastry
  6. Fold in both edges to the centre and then fold in again
  7. Cut roll into ½” slices and place on prepared tin nudging each cookie into shape and leaving space between
  8. Bake for 6-8 mins until golden brown
