                - Soak ham in cold water overnight
- Pre-heat the oven to 125 C and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the ham. Leave it in the oven until the thermometer reaches 75 C
- Carefully remove the rind and however much fat you wish
- Combine the egg, sugar and mustard and spread over the ham. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs
- Bake the ham for a further 10 mins until the breadcrumbs are golden
- Decorate with the cloves
- Serve with apple sauce, Swedish mustard or prunes.
