Instructions
  1. Combine eggs, fat, salt and pepper and gradually add the matzo meal. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour
  2. Bring a large quantity of water to the boil
  3. With wet hands and using about 2 T at a time form mix into balls and drop them into the hot water. Simmer covered for about 30 mins. Remove and pray
