DILL PICKLED CUCUMBERS
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly clean the cucumbers
  2. Place garlic, pepper and dill in the bottom of a large glass jar and pack tightly with the cucumbers
  3. Combine salt + 1 L cold water and pour the brine over the cucumbers to cover, If needs be make more brine. Keep submerged
  4. Cover with a cloth and place jar in a cool dark space
  5. Check regularly and remove any mould or slime that may appear on the surface
  6. They should be ready in 7-14 days but this is a matter of personal taste
  7. When cucumbers are ready to eat either cover tightly or transfer to sterilised jars and refrigerate.
  8. The flavour will continue to evolve
