COCONUT SHRIMP with TURMERIC YOGHURT     
Instructions
  1. Mix the yoghurt, turmeric and 1 t salt and set aside
  2. Prepare 3 dishes - a) rice flour b) eggs + sea salt c) breadcrumbs, coconut and cayenne pepper
  3. Dip the prawns into a) then b) then c) making sure that they are well coated
  4. Heat the oil in an 8” pan and fry the prawns in batches until crisp and golden. Drain well
  5. Serve with the turmeric yoghurt for dipping
