Ingredients
- 2-4 T chicken fat
- 1 lb chicken livers
- 4 medium onions chopped
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Fry the livers in 1 T fat until cooked through. Cool
- Fry half the onions in 1 T fat till soft and set aside
- In a processor blend the livers, onions and two eggs to coarse. Do not over-blend
- Season with salt and pepper and add more chicken fat if the mixture seems too dry.
- Decorate with grated hard-boiled egg
