Ingredients

chicken fat

chicken livers

medium onions
chopped
3
hard boiled eggs
salt and pepper
Instructions
Fry the livers in 1 T fat until cooked through. Cool
Fry half the onions in 1 T fat till soft and set aside
In a processor blend the livers, onions and two eggs to coarse. Do not over-blend
Season with salt and pepper and add more chicken fat if the mixture seems too dry.
Decorate with grated hard-boiled egg
