CHOPPED LIVER
Instructions
  1. Fry the livers in 1 T fat until cooked through. Cool
  2. Fry half the onions in 1 T fat till soft and set aside
  3. In a processor blend the livers, onions and two eggs to coarse. Do not over-blend
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add more chicken fat if the mixture seems too dry.
  5. Decorate with grated hard-boiled egg
