Ciabatta rolls

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mince chicken with pancetta, onion and rosemary. Season to taste.
Shape into 4 even sized patties and fry on either side for 5-7 minutes until cooked through
Mash avocado and mayonnaise together
Split and toast the rolls and assemble.
