CHICKEN BURGERĀ  with AVOCADO MAYO
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mince chicken with pancetta, onion and rosemary. Season to taste.
  2. Shape into 4 even sized patties and fry on either side for 5-7 minutes until cooked through
  3. Mash avocado and mayonnaise together
  4. Split and toast the rolls and assemble.
