Ingredients

Brussels sprouts
trimmed and the base marked X

cup
double cream

unsalted butter

Salt

t
ground black pepper
¼

freshly ground nutmeg
Instructions
Cook the sprouts in boiling water for about 6-8 minutes until just tender and still bright green
Heat cream and butter, add salt, pepper and nutmeg and add to sprouts
Blitz to a coarse mixture and serve
