Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 6 apples thinly sliced
- 4 ozs caster sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 120 mls double cream
- Handful of sultanas

Instructions
- Place apples, sultanas, cinnamon, and a pinch of sugar in a pan and cook until the apples are very soft and mushy and allow mix to cool
- Whip the cream into soft peaks
- Whisk the egg whites and a little sugar to stiff peaks and add to apple mix.
- Fold in cream and serve
