Instructions
  1. Soak ham in cold water overnight
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 125 C and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the ham. Leave it in the oven until the thermometer reaches 75 C
  3. Carefully remove the rind and however much fat you wish
  4. Combine the egg, sugar and mustard and spread over the ham. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs
  5. Bake the ham for a further 10 mins until the breadcrumbs are golden
  6. Decorate with the cloves
  7. Serve with apple sauce, Swedish mustard or prunes.

Also good with potatoes and braised red cabbage.
