                - 600 mls milk
- 8 oz small waxy potatoes cut into small bite sized pieces
- 8 oz mushrooms chopped into chunks
- 1 stock cube chicken, beef or vegetable
- Salt and freshly ground WHITE pepper

    Instructions
    
                - Simmer the potatoes in the milk over a very low heat
- until tender
- Add the mushrooms and the stock cube and simmer for a further 5 minutes
- Adjust seasoning to taste but use lots of pepper
