Ingredients
- 400 G white fish mix (hake, cod, haddock etc)
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion
- 25 G Medium matzo meal
- Neutral oil for frying
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a processor combine the fish, egg, onion and matzo meal and pulse to coarse. Season to taste
- Divide the fish mix into 18 balls and shape into flat oval cake
- Fry in hot oil for 3-4 mins on each side until golden. Drain

The mix can also be made into 1” balls and fried similarly as an appetizer with drinks.
