FISH BALLS

  1. In a processor combine the fish, egg, onion and matzo meal and pulse to coarse. Season to taste
  2. Divide the fish mix into 18 balls and shape into flat oval cake
  3. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 mins on each side until golden. Drain

The mix can also be made into 1” balls and fried similarly as an appetizer with drinks.
