YORKSHIRE PUDDING
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to Fan 200 C, You will need a 12-hole deep bun tin or 2 x 4-hole large Yorkshire pudding tins or even one large tin
  2. Place the flour and salt in a bowl making a well in the centre for the eggs and a little milk. Whisk until smooth. Gradually add the remaining milk. Pour into a jug.
  3. Place a dessertspoon of oil into each hole of the 12-hole tin or a tablespoon in each hole of the 4-hole tins. Heat tins.
  4. Pour the batter equally into the holes.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and well risen. Serve immediately.
