Ingredients

red skinned eating apples
Juice of 2 lemons
6
stalks celery

oz
halved walnuts
mayonnaise
1
head of lettuce
Instructions
Core and dice the apples and sprinkle with the lemon juice
Add celery and nuts
Toss in mayonnaise and pile into a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves
