VANILLA POACHED PEACHES
Instructions
  1. Place peaches in a bowl of boiling water for 30 secs and then plunge them into cold water. Remove the skins
  2. Heat the wine, honey and vanilla together in a large pan
  3. Add the peaches and simmer slowly for 15-20 minutes until the peaches are tender but not soft, turning often. Remove and set aside in a large bowl
  4. Reduce the syrup to half and spoon over the fruit
