Instructions
  1. Process ingredients to a coarse mixture.
  2. Form into balls some 1 ½” in size and flatten them into small cake shapes
  3. Cover with Clingfilm and chill for 2 hours or so
  4. Fry in hot oil for about 1-2 minute each side, until cooked through. Drain
