POSH KLOPS (Ina Garten)
Instructions
  1. Sauté chopped onion, thyme, salt and pepper in olive oil until onions are translucent but not brown
  2. Remove from heat and add the Worcester sauce, the stock and the tomato paste. Cool slightly
  3. Combine the mince, onion mixture, eggs and breadcrumbs and mix lightly with a fork or your fingers
  4. Shape the mix into a rectangular loaf on a sheet of greaseproof paper on a baking tray and spread the ketchup evenly over the top
  5. Bake for 60-75 minutes for 60 to 75 minutes until cooked through
