Ingredients
- 1 large onion or leek finely chopped
- 8 ozs frozen peas
- 500 mls stock
- 2 ozs butter
- salt and pepper
- Cream

Instructions
- Soften onion/leek in butter
- Add the stock and the peas and heat through.
- Puree to taste
- Adjust seasonings
- Serve hot with drizzled cream
