LINGUINE with LEMON, MUSHROOMS and THYME
Instructions
  1. Slice mushrooms finely and place in a bowl with the oil, salt, garlic, lemon juice and zest and thyme leaves
  2. Cook the linguine in accordance with the packet instructions. Drain, loosely, reserving some water
  3. Add pasta to contents of the bowl
  4. Toss together well. Add parsley, grated cheese and pepper. Add a little of the pasta water should the mixture prove too sticky. Check seasoning and serve.
