Instructions
  1. Arrange the ingredients prettily on large dish
  2. Bring 250 G washed sushi rice to the boil in pan with 310 mls cold water.
  3. Bring to the boil and simmer on very low heat with a lid on for some 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let rice sit for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in 2 T rice vinegar and set aside

Dressing

Whisk together 125 mls soya sauce, 30 mls rice vinegar, 15 mls olive oil, 2 T honey, 2 t wasabi powder and some black pepper

Have Japanese soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi paste available
