Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Slice steak into ½ inch strips
  2. Sauté onion in half the butter till just coloured
  3. Add sliced beef and sauté for 2-3 minutes till brown on all sides. Remove from pan
  4. Add remaining butter to pan and sauté sliced mushrooms
  5. Return steak to the pan and season to taste.
  6. Add sour cream and heat through.
Recipe Notes

2 tbsp of green peppercorns can be substituted for the mushrooms. Both delicious.

Serve with plain rice and a green salad
