  1. Mix the ingredients together, season to taste
  2. Shape the mince into four balls flattening them to form patties
  3. Using either a frying pan or a griddle (or a barbecue) cook for 4-5 minutes on each side depending on personal preference
Recipe Notes

Good with chips or in a bread bun

Serve with lettuce, English mustard, tomato ketchup, tomato, slices of red onion or sliced gherkins. Slices of cheese can also add to the occasion as would coleslaw.

Chicken mince can be substituted for the beef
