Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together, season to taste
- Shape the mince into four balls flattening them to form patties
- Using either a frying pan or a griddle (or a barbecue) cook for 4-5 minutes on each side depending on personal preference
Recipe Notes
Good with chips or in a bread bun
Serve with lettuce, English mustard, tomato ketchup, tomato, slices of red onion or sliced gherkins. Slices of cheese can also add to the occasion as would coleslaw.
